Policy

Smoking


All our rooms are NON-SMOKING, however, there are seats provided outside the rooms with ashtrays supplied for guests who wish to smoke. If guests decide to smoke in the room, Central Coast Motel reserves the right to charge an additional fee for extra cleaning or closure of room due to odour residue.

Check In & Check Out


Our Check in time begins at 2:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am.
Early arrivals and late check outs can be arranged depending on availability - Charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy


Single Room Booking: Cancellations or changes to the booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to 2:00 pm of the arrival date or you will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night. 

Multiple Booking: Cancellations or changes to the booking must be made at least 72 hours prior to 2:00 pm of the arrival date or you will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.

Refund Policy


Single Room Bookings: If cancelled or changes to the booking are made more than 24 hours prior to 2:00 pm of the arrival date, a fixed amount of AUD$10 will be charged. 
Multiple Bookings: If cancelled or changes to the booking are made more than 72 hours prior to 2:00 pm of the arrival date, a fixed amount of AUD$10 per room will be charged.

Pet Policies


  • Only house-trained pets are allowed to be inside the rooms. 
  • Please choose your room wisely. Guests who travel with pets MUST book pet-friendly rooms only. If you are a guest looking for a pet-friendly room instead of a normal room, upon your arrival if we have not pet-friendly rooms available, then we cannot accommodate you and your furry/feathery friend that night. Your booking will be charged full price for the first night, as we have held the room for you. 
  • Pets are to be supervised at all times and MUST on a leash at all times when outside of your room on the premises. Pets are not allowed to be in the room by themselves at any time. Walk your pet/s often and clean up after your pet/s. be respectful of other guests and do not let your pets approach other guests as not everyone is an animal lover. 
  • Holding deposit of $50 will be taken from your provided credit card upon check in. If your pets cause no damage to the room, $50 will be deposited back into your account on the day of check out. 
  • Only four rooms are pet-friendly - Bookings are essential.
